Imagine a game that changes difficulty and dynamics based on the players immediate brain activity! With our Kickstarter campaign, Attentify wants to create Brain Games by combining a personal EEG brain scanner with new mobiles games, it’s mind-controlled brain gaming!

About brain scanning

Attentify allows children and their parents to track the brain activity during focused play, homework or other activities. We use a personal EEG brain scanner capable of converting brain signals into easily understandable metrics such as focus and mental effort in real time! We are asking people to pledge on Kickstarter to be able to connect brain scanning technology to our new mobile games!

This is Brain Gaming

Imagine having more time to think, if you remain calm under pressure.

The story behind

The Danish ADHD Association recently announced that 4 out of 10 children don’t complete primary school due to difficulties with ADHD. This was so shocking to us that we decided to focus on preliminary testing with children who have ADHD. Together with one of the children and her father, we recently visited a popular morning show on Danish National TV to discuss the challenges they face as a family on a daily basis.

Our goal

Turn screentime into focused play

With this Kickstarter campaign, Attentify aims to create a number of Brain Games that exercise focus ability and various other cognitive skills to help children with ADHD. These skills will include memory, spatial rotation, impulse control, meditation, object selection, and recognition. With these new Brain Games, we hope to encourage children and their parents to turn screentime into focused play to help them in school and as a family.

EEG explained

A safe clinically established technology

Frequencies

A brain scanner is able to monitor and measure brain activity and electrical signals across multiple frequencies: gamma, beta, alfa, theta and delta.

Bluetooth

The brain scanner in question easily connects to both iOS and Android phones via Bluetooth just like a pair of music headphones.

EEG

EEG is a non-invasive and clinically established technology also used by the Danish health care system. EEG can interpret electrical signals in the brain.

Passive

The electrodes in the brain scanner are passive meaning they only measure signals from the brain. They do not inject any harmful electrical signals into the brain.
